Here is our new entrance!  Kind of looks like a school, huh?   This is a front view of the whole building.

Look at this amazing wrap-around porch.  Rocking chairs are soon to follow.   This is the front entrance when you first walk in.  An antique desk and a modern flat screen are on their way!

This is what will someday become the store for all of The Writing Academy materials.   This is one of my favorite rooms!  This is the Inspiration Room.  I have always wanted a place to relax and read.  It is open to all of my employees and to all of the teachers who attend our seminars.

This will become one of the many Printing Rooms.  It will also hold all of the colored paper/cardstock.   This is one of our many hallways.  The walls will be filled with creations from teachers who attend our 4 Day Summer Institutes.

This is the corridor that leads to the back of our building.  Through the door at the end of the hall, you will find our waterfront view.   This is the back view of the building.  Notice there is extra parking back here.  We will even stroll you around to the front in our TWA golf cart.

This is where the  2400 square foot Conference Center will be housed.  It is a far cry from the 718 square feet we have been used to!  It will be equipped with a stage and a sound booth.   This is our beautiful view!  Someday we plan to have a pier built, but until then, feel free to hand-feed the geese!  We will even give you food for them.  This is one of my kids' favorite parts.

Here are the air conditioning guys putting in an air conditioning system that keep us all super comfy!  It will even have a damper system so that different parts of the room can have their own levels of air.   This is the platform that had to be built so that the A/C system would be up really high...an easy price to pay to be on the water!

Here is the A/C system being put in...yeah!!!!   This is the framing that will hold the sheetrock.  Notice how tall the ceilings will be......11 feet!

Look at all that insulation and sheetrock.   Here are the guys installing our columns.  I love columns.

What a stack of sheetrock!   This is a skeletal look at what will become one of our restrooms.  they will all be very roomy, and incredibly cute....of course.

We decided that we needed another door!   Now that is a big hole in the wall.  It was scary when they first cut it out because you realize that there is a point of no return after you cut out the pretty brick.

Finally.... a nice glass door to replace that yucky hole.   We are still waiting on the side and top window that will frame in the door.

Here is that antique desk and flat screen I told you about earlier.  Notice the store is really coming together in the background as well!   This is the colored paper room with the color copier.  This room also has our di-cuts and laminator.  A teacher's dream place, huh?
